Will Convey Abandoned Right of Way of Franklin Branch for Road Changes

... Approval by the Lackawanna Railroad of conveyance to the county of the abandoned Franklin Branch right of way in Lafayette township was announced to the board in a letter from W. N. Eastburn, real estate and tax agent of the railroad.
