Newton Will Have Fast Night Train

Trade Board Committee Successful in

Efforts for Better Winter Service.

The transportation committee of the Board of Trade, with the aid of some outside assistance, has been successful in getting the fast evening train from Hoboken retained on the evening schedule for the winter months. It will go into effect Monday.

This train will leave Hoboken 4.45 and arrive here 6.25 every day except Saturday, when a fast afternoon train will leave Hoboken at 2.15 and arrive here 4.08. At night a train with a buffet car attached will leave Hoboken at 7.27 and arrive here about 9 p.m. This is the fastest incoming train we have and it has the added advantage of saving the passenger an additional half hour in that he may dine ion his way up.
